Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
Seasonings: Mix the following and place in a zip lock bag. 2T. Chicken bouillon, 2t. lemonade powder (w/sugar), 1t. lemon pepper, 1t. dried cilantro leaves, 1/2t. garlic powder, 1/2t. ground cumin, 1/2t. salt (I leave this out), 2T. dried minced onions. 1c. rice.1 10oz. can chicken1 14.5 oz can tomatoes with chilies
Directions
Add baggie, can chicken, can tomatoes, and 10c. water to soup pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min.

Optional serve with tortilla chips crushed at the bottom of the bowl, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado. We like the soup just like it is.
