Ingredients
1 cucumber chopped1 half red onion chopped1 large red tomato chopped 1 green pepper chopped1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup red wine vinegar2 tsp sugar salt and pepper to taste
Directions
chop vegtables to 1/4 inch dice. Put in bowl. In a separate bowl combine vinegar and olive oil and sugar. mix and pour over vegatables. Add salt and pepper to taste. can be mixed with couscous
