Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries (or other berries)1 oz. mascarpone cheese2 Tbsp. lavender syrup (available at gourmet stores)1 Tbsp. granulated sugarA pinch of lemon zest
Directions
1. Place the blueberries in a bowl and pour the lavender syrup over them.
2. Sprinkel the blueberries with the sugar and lemon zest.
3. Spoon the mascarpone cheese onto the top.
