Turkey Enchiladas

Ingredients
Foster Farms Lean Ground Turkey, 1 packageOld El Paso Enchilada Sauce, 2 canskroger mexican style cheese, 1.5 cup8 Smart & Delicious Tortillas
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375. Lightly grease 13x9 glass baking dish. In 10-inch skillet, cook meat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in sauce, less about .25 cup .

2. Place reserved sauce in bottom of pan. Layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese. Repeat until you've used all stuff...end with cheese.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot.

    Very Yummy! I also seasoned the turkey burger with taco seasoning, and served it over a bed of shredded lettuce topped with a dollop of nonfat sour cream. I will make this again for sure. - 1/19/11
