1/2 c. white flour1/2 c. wheat flour1/2 c. wheat germ1/2 c. oat bran1/2 c. sugar2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt2 bananas, mashed1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)1 c. skim milk1 large egg2 T. canola oil2 t. lemon juice1 t. vanilla1/2 t. cinnamon1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (unthawed)
Mix together dry ingredients. Mash bananas and combine with other wet ingredients. Combine all, then fold in blueberries. Pour into muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
