20 oz cooked chicken8oz Franks Buffalo or Red Hot sauce (1 cup)5.75 oz Blue Cheese (crumbled)8oz (1 cup) Greek Yogurt 0% fat
Makes one 9x9 pan. Can also be done in a loaf pan. Nutrition information is for the WHOLE dish. Your choice what percent you eat. This is kind of soupy, so you may prefer less yogurt. Some may prefer less blue cheese, or adding in some other cheeses.
Heat oven to 375F.
If need be, cook chicken (30 min on cookie sheet at 375F in pre-heated oven).
Lower heat to 350F.
Crumble blue cheese into a bowl. Shred chicken in the bottom of a 9x9 glass pan. Stir in hot/buffalo sauce. Stir in fat free yogurt. Stir in blue cheese crumbles. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir to mix.
Serve with what ever you like.
