1/2 c white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour2/3 c sugar3/8 c cocoa powder5.8 cup skim milk3/8 cup applesauce, sweetened2 oz plain nonfat yogurt1/2 tsp salt1/2 vanilla extract1/4 tsp baking powder
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired and mix until well distributed.
2. Bake at 350 degrees in greased cupcake pan for about 15-20 minutes or until top bounces back when lightly touched.
3. Remove, cool, enjoy.
