Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground turkey breast1/2 cup shredded onion1/2 cup green onion finely chopped1/4 cup bread crumbs any style2 eggs3 cloves garlic minced1 tblsp ground mustardpinch salt and pepperlittle evoo for frying pan
Directions
mix all ingrediants in bowl, form into 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch patties. drizzle extra virgin olive oil in pan. turn stove on medium high heat fry patties about 4 to five minutes on each side or intill eternal temp reaches 165 degrees. can also cook on grill put your condoments and patties on a whole wheat bun and enjoy
