Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients
16 oz. roasted skinned peanuts1.5 tbs. peanut or canola oil3 packets of Truvia (stevia)
Directions
Place peanuts, oil, and Truvia in a food processor or blender.

Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Use spatula to scrape down the sides of processor bowl when necessary.

Put into an airtight jar or bowl and store refrigerated up to two months.

Makes 2 cups.

Serving size is 1 tablespoon.
