zucchini-sliced 5 cups onion 1 cupwater 2 cupsbutter 1 tbspparmesan cheese grated
Directions
add everything but parmesan cheese to skillet and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain and serve with parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper as desired.
