Chicken in soy sauce

Ingredients
500g chicken breast, no skin1 medium-sized onion, sliced3 garlic, minced2cm ginger root, sliced3 tbsp light soy sauce1 tbsp dark soy sauceA dash of salt and pepper2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cut chicken breast in to cubes. Slice ginger and onions.
Heat oil and sauteed onions, ginger and garlic. When a litlle broen add chicken and cook for 3 - 4 minutes on medium heat unitl half cooked (I like mine very dry). Then pour in soy sauce, dash of pepper and salt. Heat further until chicken is cooked. You may put in carrots and potatoes for added colour.
