Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients
8 C fresh green beans1 1/2 C sweet red pepper2 T olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
trim green beans and place on large cooking sheet lined with foil. Slice pepper nto thin strips and add to beans. Pour 2 T olive oil over vegetables and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste. Roast in 425 degree oven for 20-30 min. stirring occasionally until carmalization starts to form.

    This was awesome. I added some garlic powder, some Mrs Dash Tomato, Basil & Garlic and some pepper, but left out the salt. What a yummy combo. This will be a staple here. - 7/18/11
