Ingredients
* Salsa, .5 cup * Lemon juice, 2 tbsp * Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon * Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, .5 cup * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, sliced * Flank Steak, 10 oz * Flour Tortillas, 4 tortilla (approx 10" dia)
Directions
Mix salsa, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and Italian dressing in a bowl. Slice meat into strips and cook over medium heat. While the meat is cooking, chop veggies and add to pan. Pour salsa mix over meat and veggies. Cook for another 10 minutes to steam out some of the liquid. Spoon 1/4 of the mixture into the tortilla. Add a bit of sour cream and cheese. ENJOY!
