Fruit Crisp

5 cups of fruit sliced ( i use apples,pears and raspberries)1/2 cup rolled quick cooking oats1/2 cup brown sugar or 1/4 cup 2 tbsp maple syrup1/4 cup flour1/4 soy margarine1/4 cup coconut or other nuts1 tsp cinnamon
Heat oven to 350 degrees celcius
Chop or slice fruit and place into a 9 x 9 baking dish.
In another bowl combine oats,sugar and flour. Cut in margarine or maple syrup till mixture looks crumbly. Add cinnamon and nuts.
Pour on top of fruit mixture and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
