1 C. Imatation Crab or shrimp2 Plum Tomatoes diced1 slice of a large onion diced (Walla Walla Sweet)1 Celery stalk diced1 T.Chili powder2 T. Lime Juice1/4 c. Salsa6 large Romaine Lettuce leaves 1/2 c. Grated Mexican blend Cheese
Directions
Combine all the ingredients. Place spoonfulls in center of Romaine leaf and serve.
