Cinnamon Sugar Glazed Carrots w/ Splenda

Ingredients
baby carrotscinnamonsplenda brown sugar blendcornstarchtap water
Directions
Dissolve 1 tbsp. cornstarch in cold water and set aside. Then place approx. 2 cups of baby carrots into a small pot with a 1/2 c. water and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until dissolved. Turn the temp. down to slowly simmer for approx. 5 minutes. Then add the cornstarch and water mixture. Let these cook for 10 minutes or to desired softness. *Make sure to stir often and watch the temp.** Makes 3 servings.
