Tammy's Corn Chowder

Ingredients
Frozen or canned corn 2CMilk 1% 2CSmart balanceparsley 1 Tblonion powder 1Tblcelery 1/4 Ccarrot 1/4 CSplenda 1 Tbl Hard boiled Egg 2 largeCoffee Mate 2 TblRitz crackers Reduced fat 6 rounds
Directions
Combine all ingredients except coffee mate and crackers and simmer until carrot and celery are soft. You may add black pepper if you like. Stir in Coffee Mate and crushed crackers until blended and serve. Makes about 5-6 Servings
