1 cup Egg beaters 1 cup Skim Milk 4 tsp vanilla extract 4 T Splenda Blend 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 4 ramekins. Place ramekins in a baking dish (9x13) and pour approximately 1 inch of water around ramekins being careful not to splash water on custard mix. Carefully place in oven and bake 35-45 minutes (centers should still be jiggly). Serve warm or cold with a little fat free cool whip.
