Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes or until thickens. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

    I like that this is a single serving, has few ingredients, and is surprisingly good! I added cinnamon and a couple drops of vanilla, and the flavor was very nice. Even the texture was good, though it's important to let it sit awhile as stated (mine needed more like 15 min). - 3/27/14
