Ingredients
3 large eggs, scrambled1/2 tbsp butter1/4 cup of cheddar cheese1/4 tbsp parsleychili powder to taste1/4 cup mushrooms1/4 cup green peppers1 tbsp chopped onion
Directions
Melt butter in a pan. Scramble the eggs. Place the eggs in the small skillet over medium heat. Add the ham, peppers, onion, and mushrooms. Top with cheese. Add parsley and chili powder or spice of your choice. Oregano works as well. Once it quits looking runny, fold over half of it.
