Ingredients
* zatarain's bake & crisp, pork, 8 tbsp * Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking pan with foil and drizzle oil onto pan. Dip pork chops into egg beaters and press into oven fry mix, place on oiled pan, coat and turn. Bake approx 25 min.
