PREPARATION

Bring water to a boil and boil 2oz of pasta for 9 minutes.

While the noodles are boiling you can prepare the sauce. First, sauteƩ the mushrooms in a frying pan using the spray butter on low heat until they're browned. Then add the 1/2 cup of sauce along with any other seasonings you may want to add to the pan. Let the seasonings blend in the sauce for a couple of minutes on low heat. You can set that pan aside until the pasta is done boiling.

After the pasta is done boiling simply drain and toss it onto a plate. Top your pasta with your mushroom sauce and 1 tsp of Parmesan cheese and you're done!

This is a great amount of tasty food for just 3 Weight Watcher points! Enjoy!

A nice, basic recipe for enjoyable pasta. Easy and relatively quick to fix. The instructions for making 1 serving makes it easy to figure out how to increase as needed, while still making it clear what comprises one serving. Thanks for sharing! - 1/31/09
