Ingredients: *Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 12 oz (remove)*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Cumin seed, 2 tsp (remove)*Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
spray skillet with cooking spray

sautee peppers, onion and celery
add turkey and cook until brown
add tomatoes and seasoning
cook until juice from tomatos evaporates

top on salad with cheese and chips
