Paula's Baked Chicken & Tomatoes

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3 oz each)1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 can Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes1/2 medium onion, slicedChicken Seasoning
1. Heat olive oil in skillet
2. Sprinkle chicken seasoning on both sides of chicken and add chicken to skillet and brown, about 5-10 minutes
3. Place about 1/2 of the onion slices in bottom of a baking dish
4. Place browned chicken breasts on top of onions
5. Place remaining onions on top of chicken, pour can of tomatoes over top
6. Cover and bake 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and tender. May have to add a small amount of water to baking dish about halfway through cooking.
