Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato1 medium yam1 medium onion4-5 red potatos4 cloves of garlic1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp dry rosemary
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Chop all potatos, yams, onions and sweet potato into bite sized pieces. Mix in a 9X12 roasting pan coated with olive oil. Add big chunks of garlic and sprinkle rosemary. Mix throughly and put in the oven turning mixture every 15-20 minutes. Vegis are done when tender.

Enjoy the winter at it's best.
