1 lo carb whole wheat wrap1 whole egg1 egg white1/4 bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 c.)1/4 onion, diced1/2 c. salsa1/4 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place wrap on baking sheet and cook, flipping halfway through, for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, scramble egg and egg white, set aside. Saute bell pepper and onion in small pan w/cooking spray (about 5 minutes). Add egg mixture and cook, stirring often, until set, about 5 minutes.
Spread salsa on tortilla, top w/egg mixture and sprinkle cheese over it.
