Directions
The Seasonings are an estimation. Just season to taste w/ italian seasonings. Also I used one can of the large Grands biscuits and one and a half cans of tomato sauce because I like mine a little more saucy. The original recipe calls for 2 cans of the regular smaller biscuits and one can of tomato sauce.
*Brown 1 lb. hamburger, drain if needed.
*Add 1 serving (17 pc) turkey pepperoni quartered and mushrooms (also any other veggies you would like on pizza) saute until mushrooms cooked.
*Add 1 can tomato sauce and season to taste
*Remove from heat and add refrig. biscuits quartered.
DO NOT ADD CHEESE.
*Pour into a 9x13 greased baking pan.
*Bake at 350 for 25 mins
*Remove and add 1-2 cups shredded lowfat mozz cheese
*Return to oven until cheese is melted about another 5 mins.
*Serving size is 1/12 of the 9x13 baking dish.

I finally tried this last night. It was so fast and really easy to make. I used 2 cans of tomato sauce just b/c i already opened them both up :) Although, what brand of biscuits did you use? I had some off brand in the frige already and they seemed to be "buttery". Very good though.Lots of leftovers - 1/28/09

Just toss them around in the sauce. I also move them around after I pour it into the pan because they kinda clump up when you stir them in. It's great because you can put whatever you want in it! Let me know how you like it :)
