sundried tomato salmon

Ingredients
1 Salmon fillet approx 2 lb8 large garlic cloves chopped4 tbsp parsley chopped3 tbsp sundried tomatoes finely chopped3 tbsp exta virgin olive oil
Directions
finely chop tomatoes, parsley ,and garlic mix with olive oil. put salmon in a baking dish cover with tomato mixture and refigerate 45 min . Bake in oven at 350 for 30 min or wrap in foil and put on grill for about 30 min .
