Red Beans and Rice

Ingredients
Mahatma Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 cup Goya Red Kidney Beans, 0.125 cupOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedParsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Directions
Soak peas overnight.
1.In medium size pot on medium low heat add 2 1/2 cups of water, red beans, onion and parsley.
2.Cook until beans are tender.
3.Add Rice.
4.Cover and turn heat down to low heat, cooking rice until its tender.
