Ingredients
6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil6 tsp Fajita Seasoning
Directions
-Butterfly thighs to be as long and flat as possible for faster, more even cooking.
-Rub fajita seasoning evenly over each piece of chicken.
-Brush each piece lightly with olive oil and arrange on foil-covered baking sheet.
-Bake 20-25 minutes in 400 degree oven until juices run clear when poked with fork.
