Whipped Vanilla Post-Workout Smoothie

Ingredients
1 scoop of your favorite Vanilla whey protein powder (my preferences is Dessert: Whipped Vanilla)1/4 cup of fat free Vanilla Soy Milk1/3 cup of fat free Vanilla yogurt1/2 medium banana7 ice cubes (yes 7!)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 3-5 minutes until smooth and double in size. Pour into glass. Cheers!
