Zucchni slice

Ingredients
375g zucchini grated1 large onion, finely chopped1 cup self raising flour4 eggs, lightly beaten3 bacon rashers, finely chopped1 cup cheese, grated.5 cup oilsalt and pepper to season.
Directions
Trim ends from zucchini and grate with out peeling. Finely chop onion and bacon. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a large pie dish(lightly greased) or other suitable oven proof container. Bake in a moderate oven. I use 170 deg C for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
I get approx 6 serves per pie but this can be used as a light lunch with a salad or a side dish at dinner ETC.
