EASY GARLIC BROILED CHICKEN

Ingredients
4 tbsp butter1-1-1/2 tsp minced garlic1-1-1/2 tsp soy sauce (lite)1/8 tsp black pepper1 tsp dried parsley3 boneless, skinless chicken breastdried parsley to taste
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven broiler. Lightly grease baking pan.
2. Mix butter, garlic, soy sauce, pepper and pasley. Melt in pan.
3. Arrange chicken on the baking pan, and coat with the butter mixture, reserving some for basting.
4. Broil chicken 30 minutes in preheated oven, until juices run clear, turning ossasionally and basting with reaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
