9 small white potatoes1 can drained black beans2 Wild Wood chopped up veggie burgersCilantro
Grate potatoes. Mix with can of black beans, veggie burger and chopped cilandto. Mix together and pour into a large, oblong cooking pan (sprayed with olive oil) Spray top lightly with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes, uncovered.
