Puffy Bannana Pancakes with Blueberries

White Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, baking powder, slat, baking soda, skim milk, margarine, egg , honey, bananas
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then in a seperate bowl mix the milk margarine, egg , honey , vanilla extract, and bananas (mushed). Slowly mix in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until all is moist. Fold in the blueberries or any other extras you want to inlcude ( strawberries, flaxseeds, almond slivers) , being carful not to squish the berries! Pour onto a griddle, wait til the edges solidify then flip, being careful not to burn the edges!
Makes 8 JUMBO pancakes!

I cannot rate this recipe yet, since I haven't cooked it yet. The description sound delicious, but there is one small problem. You have not included any measurements in your ingredients list! I think I've figured them out, based on the nutritional profile, but Geez! Could you make it clearer? - 1/7/10
