Fresh Apple Crisp

1/4 c. Quick-Cooking Oats1/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar1 Tbsp Flour1/4 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon1 Tbsp Butter or Margarine4 Small Apples
*Preheat oven to 350.
* Combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Cut in butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
*Peel apples (or pears). Halve/Pit and slice.
*Place fruit in small baking dish.
*Sprinkle flour mixture over fruit.
*Bake at 350 for approx. 40 minutes or until fruit is done. Test with fork.
Tastes great alone, but may also go with ice cream, whipped cream or light cream.
