Ingredients
10 oz whole wheat penne pasta56g (1/4 cup) fat free cottage cheese12 oz steamed broccoli 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breastChili Powder to tasteGarlic Pepper to tastesalt to taste
Directions
In a skillet cook chicken with desired seasonings in a small amount of water.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Combine all ingredients and add additional seasonings if desired.
