Ingredients
Banana, Low fat Yogurt, Pineapple,Orange Juice
Directions
Ingredients-
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Orange Juice, 1 cup
Yogurt, plain, low fat, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
Pineapple, canned, .75 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks




Add fruit and juice in blender. Along with 1/2 cup ice. Puree for 1-2 mintues until blended. Pour into glass. Makes 2 servings.

    I like it. Oldest likes it about the same as another we tried. Youngest likes it better.
