Home-made baked tortilla chips

Ingredients
Directions
2 12" Whole Wheat TortillasSaltPepperOther spices to tastePam cooking spray
1) Cut tortillas 2 to 4 times, into wedges
2) Heat oven to 325 degrees
3) Spray a baking tray with Pam
4) Place tortilla wedges onto tray
5) Spray tortilla wedges with Pam
6) Season lightly with salt, pepper, or other seasonings to taste
7) Place in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until tortillas are crispy and browning
8) Enjoy with salsa or guacamole!
** In my chips, I also add Tony Chachere's seasoning (cajun seasoning), dried oregano, dried cilantro, and a little parmesan cheese.

PRSPLACE
I made these for a breakfast nacho dish I made yesterday. I sued smaller tortillas and cut them into eight pieces. I may cut the baking time next time I make them as they were a bit too brittle. I love the fact that I could have 16 chips for 100 calories and they were yummy and satisfying! - 2/24/19
