Chicken Coleslaw Wraps

Ingredients
1 LB boneless skinless chicken1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 tbsp olive oil1 1/2 cup coleslaw1/2 diced pineapple4 whole wheat wraps1 medium tomato1 cp shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 10 to 15 min. Combine coleslaw and pineapple, spread over each tortilla. Layer with tomato, cheese and chicken. Roll tightly. Makes 4 servings
