Low Fat Sugar Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 stick margarine1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 cup Splenda4 egg whites1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt (optional)3 cups Oats (Quick or old fashioned, uncooked1 cup raisins
Heat oven to 350.
Beat together margarine, applesauce, and both kinds of Splenda until well blended.
Add egg whites and vanilla, beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt: mix well.
Stir in oats and raisins: mix well.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cook 1 minute on cookie sheet: move to wire rack.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
