Banana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients
1 large ripe banana or 2 small1 tsp. honey2 tbl oats, old fashioned or quicka few small ice cubes1/2 - 3/4 cup skim milk (calculated with 3/4 cup)
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender or magic bullet.
Blend until smooth.
Adjust milk and ice according to your preferred texture.
