Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
* *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2.5 tbsp (remove) * *Brown Rice, long grain, 1.25 cup (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) * Fried Rice Seasoning Mix, 9 tsp (remove)
Directions
chop all veggies and add with 2 tbs oil to pan and stir fry until cooked. Add cooked rice (prepared in your preferred method) and another half tbs. oil and stir fry mixing well. Scoop rice mix to side and add two beaten eggs and scramble in pan. Mix in with rice.
Add the stir fry rice mix and soy sauce and stir until well mixed. divide into 3rds and serve
