Lentil Chicken Stew

Directions
I covered a chicken carcass with water and boiled it for broth. If you don't have a chicken, put lentils and cooked chicken meat, any amount you wish, in a large pot and cover with water. Add sliced carrots and celery, and diced potato with skin. Add spices. You may add onion and fresh garlic, if you like.

Simmer until lentils and vegetables are soft. Add chicken bouillon and spinach. Correct spices. Serve.
