Directions
1 3 oz. can of Starkist tuna in water (drained)1 medium/hard boiled egg1 tbsp of Zesty Italian dressing1 hole wheat pita cut in half - making 2 pockets
1. Boil the egg until it is almost hard boiled, peel it and cut in half to get the yolk out. Place the yolk in the mixing bowl, then dice the white.
2. Pour the 1 tbsp of Italian dressing in with the yolk and whip with a fork until a paste is formed.
3. Dump the drained tuna and the diced egg whites in, fold until well mixed. The yolk paste will hold it all together.
4. Shove have of the mix in each pita pocket. (If you want to dress it up with lettuce and/or tomato slices it is easier to place those in first then scoop in the tuna mix.)
