Ingredients
8oz. light cream cheese2TBS. light mayonnaise4oz. canned green chili's ( drained )1 large tomato ( pitted and diced )1/2 cup onion ( finely diced )1 garlic clove ( minced )1tsp.chili powder1/2tsp saltTortilla shells
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and chill in fridge for 3 hrs. Spread mixture over 6 tortilla shells and roll up and wrap in Saran Wrap. Chill at least 6hrs or overnight. Slice into1/2 inch pieces and broil for 3-5 min depending on your broiler

    I love this recipe and when I make it, it's inhaled by everyone present. I don't chill it overnight (it just doesn't last that long). Usually an hour or so is enough. You can also use the filling as dip with nacho chips. - 12/7/10
