Schwan's Hash Brown Shreds (1 bag)2 T onion, choppedCampbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup (small can)10 oz. Fat-free Sour Cream2 c. Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese1/2 c. butter, melted1/2 c. milk, nonfat1 c. crushed Kellogg's Corn Flakes
Defrost and drain (if you use Schwan's there should be no extra water in the bag) hash browns. Put in very large bowl. Add onion, soup, sour cream, butter, milk cheese and stir until all mixed together. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Add mixture to pan. Top with pepper and a little salt, then crushed cornflakes to lightly cover the top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. ENJOY!
