Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 mango and juice1 cup green bell pepper chopped1 cup red bell pepper chopped1/2 cup onion chopped1 plum tomato cut into 1 inch pieces1 small jalapeno sliced & deseeded
Directions
*Remove skin from mango and cut into about 1inch cubes.
*Add all ingredients into food processor.
*Squeeze any juice left over from mango in as when.
*Pulse until well mixed & serve

Yields about 3 cups of salsa
