granolla with cranberries and pecans

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats2 Tbsp butter melted2 Tbsp honey1/2 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup dried cranberriesEasy variations are to substitute vegetable oil or margarine for the butter. Syrup or corn syrup for the honey and your favorite fruit and nuts.
Directions
Preheat oven to 300
Mix together butter and honey.
Combine remaining ingredients and toss with honey butter mix. Spread mixture onto baking pan and cook 30 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring every ten minutes to prevent burning. Allow to cool and store in sealed container. Yields 6 half cup servings.
