Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 or 3 sweet onions1 red bell pepper1 green bell pepperI used about 1 1/2 cups of each1 package of Jennie O lean ground turkey1 can each of kidney beans and black beans1 can diced tomatoes with chilies2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp raw sugar (optional)1 Tsp cayenne1 Tbsp Chili powder1/2 tsp cumin
Directions
Cut up veggies into chunks, place them and the ground turkey into a large non-stick skillet. sprinkle with the seasonings. Cook till meat is cook through and veggies start to turn tender. Add the beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, and sugar. Simmer till veggies are completely tender. Check your seasoning half way through to make sure it's right. I make it kinda mild for the family.
